PEMF Insider is an independent editorial site that reviews PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) therapy devices and explains the science behind them. We are not a brand, and we are not a distributor. We do not sell devices. Our job is to help you decide which device, if any, is worth your money.
Why we exist
PEMF is a real technology with decades of research behind it, but the way it is sold online is a mess. Most of what you find is either breathless marketing that promises a cure or blanket skepticism that dismisses the whole field. Neither helps a person who is about to spend anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand dollars on a device.
We built PEMF Insider to sit in the honest middle: to say clearly what the evidence supports, what it does not, and how the devices actually compare.
Who is behind it
PEMF Insider is written and edited by our team. It was founded by Matt Hall, an independent researcher who runs the site. Matt is not a doctor, and nothing here is presented as medical advice or as a medical credential. Where a claim involves health, we tie it to published, peer-reviewed research and grade the strength of that evidence rather than asking you to take our word for it. If and when we add a credentialed medical reviewer, their name, credential, and review date will appear on the relevant pages. We will never invent one.
How we work
Three pages explain exactly how we operate, and we hold ourselves to them:
- How we review: the rubric we score every device against.
- How we make money: our affiliate model and the wall between it and our ratings.
- Our editorial standards: sourcing, corrections, and the claims we refuse to make.
If you find something wrong, tell us. We correct it and note the change.
